Hola amigos! This week’s Beat Latino is a homage to the disappeared 4th letter of the Spanish-language alphabet, la “CH”, eliminated in 2010. I am also a linguist, and was sad that we lost this letter, which begins so many important musical words – cha cha cha, charanga, chamamé, chicha… so allow me a little musical rant- ¡Viva la CH!
