Diego Garcia returns to Chicago with the Paradise tour on December 6 to Schuba’s.

We’re so excited at the news that Diego Garcia is coming back in town, that we’re sharing again our LAMC 2011 interview with Gozamos readers. In that conversation, we gleaned insights into a creative process that has won Garcia accolades for both his debut album, “Laura”, and a recently released album, “Paradise”.

Born in Detroit, the singer/songwriter continues to explore his Latin American roots (Garcia is of Argentinean background) with this second recording, creating sweet ballads in the style of classic Latin American crooners such as Julio Iglesias, Roberto Carlos and Piero, but always with a fresh and contemporary indie touch.
