Bugalú!!!!! An interlude in the late sixties, lasting only perhaps three years in the U.S., that marked one of the first and most vibrant collaborations between African American and Latino musicians in Harlem. However, Colombia has a long and fruitful tradition of bugalú. Here’s a recent performance by La 33, from Bogotá Colombia.
